Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 paquet of baking powder
  • half a cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
  • For the decoration: Butter cream or chantilly + any type of nuts

Preparation:

  • Mix up all the ingredients put the mixture in a baking pan and bake it at 180°C
  • Cut the cake into circles, cover the edges with cream then with nuts
  • Decorate your “cupcakes” with cream and you’re done 🙂
