Salam everyone! back on the track with this basic kind of quiche: Cheese quiche.
- Shortcrust pastry
- Various types of cheese
- Black pepper
- Spread the pastry on the baking dish.
- Mix the cheese of your choice, eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. Quantities depend on your desire the size of the dish. I used 3 eggs, 10 cl of milk, white cheese and gruyere.
- Pour the mixture in the baking dish then put it in a preheated oven (180 °C).
