One of the healthiest ways to cook meat is to steam it 🙂

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Meat
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Laurel
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • In aluminium foil, put the previous ingredients all together, make sure the foil covers everything and happy steaming!!

PS:

  • Make sure to use just some drops of oil.
  • For a more tasty recipe you can brown the meat quickly in a pan before steaming it, just like I did.
  • Steaming meat on a layer of herbs, like parsely, will give you some extra flavors.
